I do have the 2016 mono Platinum SHM-CD of Page One (UCCU-40035) which like the Mosaic is also based on the Grundman transfers. Pretty fantastic. That is my go to version. Haven't listened to Page One on the Mosaic yet.
I recently bought the 2009 domestic ESP CD of Why Not? A Japanese seller had a sealed copy left and I was able to add to an order. Probably the best sounding CD version.
It seems to me the kind of stuff you'd be able to buy at a meditation centre. Not suitable for general release. Can you remember where you bought the cassette, Lon?
Hans is right. The only Steve Hoffman mastering I like is the John Coltrane MCA/Impulse! compilation from 1985 From the Original Master Tapes.
