I imagine his manager/publicist rescheduled for next year. If he had a major heart attack, part of his heart can be scar tissue and he may be cautioned to avoid overly exerting himself moving forward to avoid having another heart attack. I know two men who have recently had heart attacks. One is back to work and the other has been directed to "take it easy" for the rest of his life to avoid another event. It all depends on the severity of the tissue damage.
Time will tell how serious this is, but just because he's rescheduled a concert doesn't mean he's fine.
Absolutely

I would agree that ‘Split’ makes probably more sense as a title.
Shame that there’s no more insight as to how this one came to emerge as a straggler German Liberty issue (possibly only getting as far as maybe a handful of prototypes) and yet was shelved at home base in NYC until the 90s ‘Rare Groove’ issue. It seems to me that the death around that time of Francis Wolff may have added to general confusion with the communications to the German ‘outpost’ (and its office of Geeks !).
Maybe the answer lies in Germany - perhaps worth asking at the JazzInstitut Darmstadt?
Ill buy it now from you if you ever want to maybe, or at least before you sell to someone else

LOVE BUG finshed what i guess you could say horace silver started, but when you get to love bug, the music has become 100% funkified. in the middle you got sidewinder and the turnaround. of that kind of BN, its a top fave

and i was stoked to see her revisit that on the last tour. there i was and there was fleetwood mac, doing KILN HOUSE material , after all these years of chasing that stuff. she sang tell me all the things....duo lead style w/ the crowded house guy, but the most bluesy thing i heard hear do was world turning, where she takes a verse
