  1. Mingus - The Lost Album From Ronnie Scott's

Must have this one! Thanks for the info
  2. New Sam Rivers and others on No Business

Oh my thanks for the info! Must get this one
  3. Beatles "Get Back" doc in September

I watched it through during last weekend. Nearly 8 hours of material was a little bit too much for me. It would have worked much better trimmed down to let's say 3 hours.
  4. Lee Morgan: The Last Session

I played this one recently on Spotify and it sounds mighty fine. I also listened through that 3CD live-set Lighthouse and it was almost as good
  5. Joe Farrell Moon Germs & Other CTI Releases

Moon Germs is wonderful! So are all the albums mentioned above
  6. I watched this one today on Netflix. Really beautifully shot and the beach scene was quite exciting.
  7. Happy birthday Swinger!

Thanks guys! Sorry for late reply
  8. What music did you buy today?

Coltrane: Offering Live At Temple University Braxton: Willisau 1991, Studio. Hathut 2018 edition . Can't wait for the live parts as well
  9. Cecil Taylor RIP

What a great loss. I don't get his poetry but besides that his music is absolutely incredible. I didn't get his music at first but around 2002-2003 I finally got it and I since then I have hoarded nearly all of his existing albums.
  10. Swinging The Bim

Thanks Mjazzg for that that link. Even a digital copy of that album is better than nothing at all
  11. https://www.discogs.com/Schlippenbach-Trio-Swinging-The-Bim/release/950806 Someone should reissue this one. I can't find it anywhere for a reasonable price. Please let me know if it's available somewhere in Europe and for less than 30-40 Euros.
  12. Donde Esta, Bev Stapleton?

Oh you lucky devils! I still have around 22-23 years to go before I can retire
  13. Mingus at Antibes

Thumbs up! That solo is simply incredible!
  14. Steve Lacy 1965-1972

Oh yes! Wonderful news! I'm definitely going to buy this one!
