    I'm not sure what the thought was about the title, but Buck Hill did live in Washington, D.C., which is the Capital of the U.S. He's also a "hill" with a capital "H".

    Very good tenor player. I believe he didn't make his first LP as a leader ("This Is Buck Hill" on SteepleChase Records) until he was over 50 in 1978. R.I.P.
