Trvia question: had Monk played on the same track with any other pianist? Blue Note, New York pressing. George Coleman is superb. BN, Liberty. Roland Hanna, piano; Frank Wess, sporano and flute, Ron Carter, bass, Ben Riley, drums. Recorded live in Tokyo, April 2, 1975. On the Salvation label. More of the Tristano, Konitz and Marsh Mosaic. Usually after playing a Mosaic set once through I rotate to another set. This is my 3rd time through this one.
