I would guess they are, though I'm not 100% certain. I ordered Corea's Light as a Feather because they included the song samples and AMG review of the 2CD version...and ended up with the regular old Polygram CD, so I guess it's order at your own risk.

I bit on this one too. Did you return it or contact them? It's certainly a misrepresentation of the product.

It looks like Concord/Fantasy's relationship with BMG/Your Music is history.

Six weeks ago I put the Prestige John Coltrane Plays For Lovers in my queue, and two weeks later I received an email saying that if I wanted it I would have to buy it NOW. (Which I did.)

Now I see that all Sonny Rollins, Thelonious Monk and Bill Evans Fantasy/OJCs are no longer listed.

So it looks like that party is over.

Looks like that's the trend (in fact, jazz is really looking bad right now), so I've been using Yourmusic mostly for Classical & Rock -- still good buys in these two areas.

(1)They're both run by the same company(2)They're both going down the drain.

?? Down the drain??

Some of the HOT new items were Merle Haggard twofers re-issues and the Linda Ronstadt CAPITOL YEARS (2) set.

uhhh, not so exciting
