I'm going to try my hand at Philly(ie?) cheese steak today. I hope you're supposed to use provolone because that's what I got. The meat package stated to use "swiss," but that seems unnatural.

Lamb and Aussie lentil stew. Lots of spices with a little bit of chillies.

MEATLOAF!

Made with ground turkey, Worchestershire, onions, carrots, celery, some stuffing crumbs, an egg, some garlic, pepper, and salt to taste. Might throw some other stuff in there.

My meatloaf is da bomb!

Batter fried weasel. Cornmeal batter. Takes about 3 for a real meal. They look kinda like deep fried ground squirrels but taste less like chicken.

Eat 'em with greens and beer.

Grilled pork loin with a rub supplied by my brother. Add herb potatos, veggies and you have a fine meal.

Ba-chang or dumplings made of glutinous rice (or beans) filled with meat with decent amounts of fat, mushrooms and dried shrimp, wrapped in banana leaf and steamed.

Fresh sweet corn, Lays new rosemary potato chips (the absolute best chips on the planet right now!) and home-made burgers!

Zora and I are "bacheloring" it tonight. Momma is hangin' with a friend from out of town.

She's missin' out!

Went with Helen and our friends Betsy and Linda to Katz's. I had the Reuben and a few bites of Helen's "Death by Chocolate". . . . Yum.

I made my world famous shrimp salad today, needless to say why it is indeed world famous. It's practically a divine intervention thing.
