Chick Corea & Gary Burton duets on video

I picked up a DVD today of Corea and Burton performing much of the music from their "Native Sense" album in a large concert hall somewhere in Europe. Fabulous DVD, by the way. In any event, I would like to know which concert hall in what city this performance took place as well as the exact date or at least which month it was, some time in 1997 I believe.

I also have had for quite some time a commercial videotape of C & B in a concert performance in Tokyo. There is a copyright year of 1985 on the box however a Google search of the discographies of these two came up with one listing that indicated it may have occurred as early as 1981. So I'd like to know the exact or most approximate date of this concert as well.
