B&N is saying Nov 28th which makes it a strong candidate for inclusion on the list ('help-out-your-favorite-mother-in-law-by-giving-her-one-easy-to-locate-holiday-suggestion'). What, is the new date a state secret? Or did the email just say the date is changed. B&N's website gives "November 2006" and also lists it as usually available in 1-2 weeks, so they're not accepting "pre-orders". Amazon still says November 30. That coupled with his broad smile, there was a resemblance to the famous puppet. Billy Higgins, who had been Lee's best friend, used to say, "Howdy Doody (Lee) was r-r-rough!"
