Old and New Dreams (ECM) -- not necessarily my favorite, but a very nice reflective version

That's where I first heard the tune....in fact I first got to know Coleman's music via this group (and, stylistically, by some of Jarrett's American Quartet recordings) a couple of years before I dared to try the real thing.

'Lonely Woman' is a gorgeous tune (or harmony!).

The edition I have of the first Jeanne Lee and Ran Blake record has some bonus live tracks including a nice version of  Ornette's Lonely Woman.  BTW as well as the Horace  Silver song with the same title IIRC there is a Benny Carter song with that same title.
