Thanks, Chuck.

Well, only three bonus tracks rest unidentified (I don't know what boogie is 'Cow Cow blues', maybe 11) .

Great albums, and the bonus tracks are great too, even some of the best, the unidentified blues is thrilling.

Otis Spann is the blues:

11. ??? unidentified boogie 3'19''

12. Can't stand your evil ways 3'42''

13. Talkin' the blues 5'43''

14. Baby child 4'26''

15. ??? unidentified boogie 4'16''

16. ??? unidentified blues 6'37''

Walkin' the blues:

12. Takin' the blues 5'19''

13. It hurts me too 4'55''

14. One doggone reason 2'40''

15. Strange woman too 3'51''

16. The girl i love 3'48''

17. Come day, go day 4'10''

18. Baby child 4'04''

All of the bonus tracks are from the Candid sessions.

I have the now out-of-print Mosaic box set of the Candid sessions, and that set offers up 34 total tracks by Spann, including several alternate takes. The Mosaic liner notes show that 13 of those 34 tracks had been previously unissued until that box set's release. I'm fascinated that all of these tracks were apparently recorded on one single day, August 23, 1960. That's a lot of work in one day!

The tracks on "Is The Blues" are:

11. Spann And Bob 3:22

12. Can't Stand Your Evil Ways(Take 2) 3:46

13. Talkin' The Blues(Take 1) 5:46

14. Baby Child(Take 3) 4:29

15. Cow Cow Blues(Take 3) 4:19

16. Beat-Up Team(First Version) 6:37
