The first one from that series I ever bought (almost 15 years ago). An intriguing release, because he is one of that kind of obscure artists that usually defy reissue and because he was enough of a chameleon to also cut and release a couple of early rocking tracks (for Savoy as well) in the mold of the Alan Freed house band recordings.
