I don't think that, at this point in my life, I need that much Max Roach.

Guy

Yes, but at this point in your life, could you use some more Sonny Rollins, Hank Mobley, Booker Little, George Coleman, and Stanley & Tommy Turrentine??? :g

edit to add, that all of the above are in peak form!

Well, the discs w/Sonny (which seem the most interesting to me) are in print individually.

I was hoping the Miles 63-64 wouldn't hit this list quite so fast. :rlol

I hear you. I have just received the Berigan (#1961) and Miles '63-64 (#701) sets. My guess is that the '63-64 set was selling so slowly that Mosaic decided not to extend the pertinent contractual agreement.

The Miles must be going out the door pretty fast, mine just arrived (#723)

10:30 am my time

around 200 max roach set remain

anyone else have mosaic's number in their cell phone??

Now you've done it, you've forced me to order.

I sense lawsuits coming on.

Mind you, on this board I think we could all sue each other.

Plaintiff: "Your honor, as damages I seek the defendant's collection of original 1950s-60s vinyl, the defendant's Mosaics, and Van Gelders..."

That would be the act of the lowest knave on earth, of course.

I'm sure that line has been said in more than a few divorce cases. :o
