Jim Alfredson
A hobbyist musician friend of my sister asked me to do a chart of this tune and I'm really busy. Anybody have one? Thanks!

AllenLowe
I don't have that one, but I do have a braille copy of Hot Dog arranged for brass band with girl singer - used by Helen Keller on her famous 1927 version for Okeh - Edited April 1, 2008 by AllenLowe

DukeCity
Did some Googling, but this was the only book I found that has it. Looks like it is a piano arrangement rather than a lead sheet, but it might be of some use. Description: 16 jazz classics from the '50s and '60s, including: Airegin (Sonny Rollins, Miles Davis) • The Champ (Dizzy Gillespie, Jimmy Smith) • Giant Steps (John Coltrane, Tommy Flanagan) • I Remember Clifford (Lee Morgan, Dizzy Gillespie) • Mercy, Mercy, Mercy (Cannonball Adderley, Joe Zawinul) • Song for My Father (Kenny Burrell, Horace Silver) • This Here (Bobby Timmons, Cannonball Adderly) • and more. Free For All
Not necessarily a definitive source, but IIRC isn't it also on the Cannonball Aebersold play-along? I mean, if all you need is a lead sheet....
