"Curtains" - the final (and trio only) track from this fine CD. Have had it for years but never paid much attention to it. The whole recording is highly recommended.

You`re absolutely right .... for me "From a Whisper to a Scream" is her very best, with "Alone Again Naturally" a rather close follow-up ....

Blood Count. There are times when I'm jolted out of my complacency about Ellington, one of those occasions was when I listened to this yesterday.

Not sure about a hit but it’s got a great groove. I read that his masters were destroyed in the Universal fire. What a shame.

Yes, there are times when I totally get why my dad listened to very little other than Ellington and Morton.
