Thanks everybody, its been a great birthday so far - the Red Sox won (and the Yankees lost); FSU had a tiny scare then won easily (and the Yankees lost) and I had a delicious dinner with my wife followed by an hour at a used record store I haven't been to in probably three years, maybe more. Sue bought more than I did but I am looking forward to hearing The Al Grey-Jimmy Forrest Quintet, Live at Rick's. Had no idea there was another set recorded in Chicago; for years I've had the recording from a gig in south Florida. Nice to hear Shirley Scott on piano. (As I check AMG, looks like some tunes from this LP are missing from the Stash CD, just as well as I don't have that one, I had the third live set this group did.)

And did I mention the Yanks lost? :g

Oh, I hesitate to derail; a happy birthday thread but you started it.
