I'm a volunteer music programmer at KBCS 91.3 FM, Bellevue-Seattle. My jazz show, "Straight, No Chaser," is broadcast Mondays from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. Pacific time.

The August 16 edition of "Straight, No Chaser" was dedicated to the memory of George Shangrow, the prominent Seattle classical musician and conductor who was recently killed in a traffic accident. George was a shining light in the music community. He was also my friend and brother-in-law.
