I am currently working my way through this (IMHO) highly informative and fascinating book but due to its sheer volume this does take its time. So it is only now that I discover that my copy (bought secondhand via the web quite a while ago) has a printing/binding error which means that pages 459 to 490 are missing (a number of pages up to page 458 are duplicated instead). Is there any owner of this book out there who'd be able and willing to provide me with scans of those pages 459 to 490 (or with photocopies, which might be a feasible and affordable option if a European forum member happens to own this book)?
