I'm currently working on a massive cassette transfer from a private collector. This one is a Woody Shaw show from the Village Vanguard, June 11, 1982. What is puzzling, Woody introduces the band, but never introduces the tenor player. Body and Soul. This is the band, minus the tenor player. At first I thought this was Joe Henderson. After 4 more listens, I am no longer sure who is playing tenor.
