But of those I did snag, I'd go: Matana Roberts -- "Coin Coin" Allen Lowe -- "Blues & The Empirical Truth" Roscoe Mitchell -- "Before There Was Sound" ... and that's about it. So, top 3. Chick Corea and Stefano Bollani - Orvieto Rahsaan Barber - Everyday Magic Michael Pedicin - Ballads...searching for peace James Carter - At the Crossroads Miles Davis - Bitches Brew Live I spent the month of January listening to my 2011 albums, and a few items seemed much better to me than I remembered. If I had to delete something, I might delete the Kenny Werner, the DBOT and the Corea/Bollani from the list, and replace them with...
