brownie
Kay Davis' passing is sad news! Her singing may not have been to everyone's taste but I had a keen appreciation for it (love several of her versions of 'Yesterday' in the Duke's DETS series, among other contributions to the Ducal repertory). Wish there were more recorded examples of her work with Billy Strayhorn!
