(I used to use Kate and Anna McGarrigle's "Kiss and Say Goodbye" which begins "Call me if you're coming to town" but I always thought I was hearing it from a radio. I find that staccato, repetetive themes are best. I'm now using Cousin Mary. Armstrong's stop-time solo from Potato Head Blues might be fun. Edit: It was such a good idea I just did it! You could compose your own tone, so I transcribed "Blue Train" one slow afternoon at work - it took absolutely ages.
