SNL underwent a huge cast transition this year, and it's taking a while for the new faces to establish themselves in any meaningful fashion. Or maybe I'm just old enough to where all people on TV look alike to me now, within 5-6 general type-zones. Hairlines and head shapes are getting awfully generic these days, it seems, which is why some freaky looking head like Mike O'Brien's, hey, you recognize him after the first time. All the better if you get good material with which to work, eh? But Kate McKinnon (not a new face, but relatively, still new-ish), oh lord, is she the craziest person ever on tv?
