Dietary Restrictions

All my food must be non-GMO. Additionally, I’m lactose intolerant and eating only gluten-free, low-glycemic and naturally sweetened with honey from free-range bees (but low carb). It’s got to be cage-free and cruelty-free, sustainably harvested food purchased from unionized producers at a living wage. Obviously, local and organic are a must. And s-l-o-w, very slow.

Damn I'm hungry.

Disclaimer: I'm vegan*, which - on some level - is just as wacky. But I try like heck not to make it anyone else's problem. And, if consistency counts, my diet hasn't changed in 35 years: no fad-of-the-day. Anything in the produce aisle works.

* Depending on how you define.
