I'm extremely fond of this one:

I have a hard time choosing among the Braxton soli, though the ones I have skew toward the earlier end - Delmark, America, Arista, Futura.

Hard also to choose a Lacy solo as there are so many stupendous ones. Solo at Mandara is really nice (have only heard it - don't own a physical copy). Cycles is one I've been spending time with lately - partly including duets with a dancer - and it's quite wonderful as well. Need to check out that Silkheart disc as the only sets of his on that label that I know are ensemble.
