Once more at full volume, now that the neighbours are on Easter vacation. I hope Minkowski gets around to recording the whole Carmen opera - his tempos are much more organic (and exactly what Bizet notated!) than, e.g., those Gardiner chose: the latter's Overture chases furiously, while Minkowski makes it swing and dance. I love it.

Ashkenazy's entire Sibelius cycle is excellent, imho.
