I was prompted to listen to some classic performance of the 5th symphony, since I attended this concert yesterday evening... first for me since February!

I know = new reality 2020 ... but it helps artists to survive (at least economically) ....

I once said Tchaikovsky is one of Karajan's specialities but i have to take it back. It is energetic but very flat ( works with Richter in the piano Concerto). Stick to Jevgeni Mravinsky, Mariss Jansons, Gennady Rozhdestvensky, Jevgeni Svetlanov, maybe Dorati in some recordings or others i don't know of.
