That Piano Jazz episode with Amina Claudine Myers is the only recording I have by her and really, I have not heard much about her for the past 25 years or so. What has she been up to?

A lot! I only mention her outstanding "Poems for Piano. Piano Music of Marion Brown". (Sweet Earth Records SER1005), her trio recordings and her collaboration with Archie Shepp, for example "Live in Souillac" in Archie Shepp, Gemini (Archie Ball Arch 0701). And: She was my special guest during our Jazz Festival in 2008!
