Saw Mumford, Tom Petty, The Revivalists and The Meters (originals plus Cyril Neville and a second keyboard player) amongst others but the first musicians I heard were Bennie Maupin and his septet! A small but appreciative crowd dancing to Filthy McNasty and several originals. Also noticed that at one of the three stages, the between set music seemed to be a Gerry Mulligan mix tape.
