Phill Musra + Michael Cosmic LPs

Greetings all, I'm honored and beyond psyched that, after ten or more years trying to make something happen with Phill Musra, his debut recording and that of his late twin brother Michael Cosmic are now properly being reissued on LP by Los Angeles' Now-Again Records. We have worked from the original master tapes for these and associated other archival fragments, and I've also contributed liner notes to the project. There will be a 3LP deluxe version for subscribers and a 2LP standard version available in stores/through Dusty Groove/etc. Should be hitting the shelves by October-ish.

i'm presuming lack of response here is that people simply don't the know Musra / Cosmic story, nor their music?

Yeah, probably correct. Great and very rare records self-produced by former students of the AACM, later to move to Boston and then LA, but not common knowledge even among the obscure free music nutter/collector/scholar crowd.
