cliffpeterson Posted February 18, 2018 Report Share Posted February 18, 2018 I went to the inaugural Hudson (NY) jazz festival yesterday. Curated by Armen Donelian. Thomas Chapin's sister-in law, a film director by trade, has been working on a documentary about him for quite a while. The film is intended to be commercially released in late March. I saw a preview showing of it yesterday. Very moving. Includes concerts. Opens and closes with a set he did with his trio at Newport in 1995. TC is close to my heart having been very moved by a concert I attended at the Glasgow International Jazz Festival (1992?)
