An unusual commercial, to say the least. She reminds me of a mime. 

My curiosity being piqued, I discovered that the product was made by Jules Montenier for his company of the same name. He became the sole sponsor of What’s My Line but because his obligation to the program became too large, he was forced to sell company, which was sold to Helene Curtis in 1956, which itself was acquired by Unilever in 1996, which still holds the intellectual property rights to Helene Curtis and presumably Stopette.
