Was this on a cover?  Certainly taken there...  I mostly recall the image itself, not whether it was on an album, or whether it was the original or re-issue....  Same blinds, lamp, piano...some different microphones.

I realize now that this task is harder than I thought, because Francis Wolff used lenses and lighting to create black backgrounds; in other words, the venetian blinds may very well have been in the background of some covers, but cannot be seen.  For example:
