It sounds pretty bad. I am curious to hear from any board members with first hand knowledge if this is true.

I think this is the company that does warehousing and distribution for Rhino, which is owned by Warner Music Group. Over on the Hoffman there have been a lot of complaints about shipping Grateful Dead stock. I don’t know if this company was handling distribution when the Woodstock sets were distributed as there were a lot of complaints about that process as well.
