Could you bring in a wire recording (I assume that's what it was originally) and come back a week later to pick up your acetate? And how is it in such great condition? Caravan Posted March 6, 2020 Report Share Posted March 6, 2020 Newman's was a disc recorder, not a wire recorder. He used large discs and recorded at 33 rpm (machines had that option).
