amazing Duke Ellington film

wow!  they must of had some really good food- incredible they jammed everywhere

So the govt seriously payed jazz musicians to play jazz all over world as a program to get other parts of the world warm to america via jazz music?  Has anyone ever FOIA'd the stuff for this- i wonder what their intentions were

After a long exchange of info on the Duke-LYM list serve it was concluded that the concert is from Lebanon a couple of days later.  The video is from Lebanese tv.
