Rooster_Ties
Gack!! Hate the stuff. My wife loves the spicy variety, her daily juice with breakfast, and she has double on the weekends. I just can’t do it.
JSngry
Have you mixed it fresh goat blood? I find it adds a little extra kick. Plus it keeps the goats in line, especially the neighbor's. That one thinks just a little too highly of himself, that one does..

JSngry
Hey, I know a guy that can get you all the goat you want. What's your address? Are there no Indian restaurants in the DC area? Goat curry, barbecue goat, V-8 is a juice, but goat is an always delight forever! Or - cabrito. JSngry
The Halal business in these parts is pretty robust. All them goats don't pop up from wet toadstools, if you know what I mean.
sonnymax
Can't decide which I dislike more, V-8 or Moxie.
JSngry
What is it that is turning you all off of the delicious intrinsicality of the V-8 juice. Is it the watercress?

Goat curry, barbecue goat, V-8 is a juice, but goat is an always delight forever! I’ve had goat 2-3 (maybe 4?) times since I’ve been here in DC. Separate BBQ and Indian restaurants both spring to mind, maybe Ethiopian too? Did you know that there are more Ethiopian restaurants here in DC than anywhere else in the entire US? — and more actual Ethiopians (and Eritreans*) in the greater DC metro — almost a quarter million!! — than anywhere else on the planet other than Ethiopia (and Eritrea*). *Eritrea and Ethiopia most decidedly are not the same — but are quite closely related, ethnically but not culturally (or is that culturally but not ethnically? — I forget). Anyway, don’t ever mix them up, as they’re not interchangeable (no matter how similar they are). Back to goat — I’ve tried it 5-6 times in my entire life, but only with mixed success. Sometimes ‘good’ — but just as often, not.

Big Beat Steve
Ha - I know more than one who'd probably change their entire eating and drinking habits if that "V-8 juice" stuff were marketed over here. (You know - the ones who drool about Small Block Chevies, Flathead Fords, Y-Block Fords and Chrysler Hemis day in, day out when it comes to their rides.) danasgoodstuff
My favorite V-8, ok this one isn't mine but the one in my '62 Studebaker looks a lot like this only not so clean.
JSngry
So, all things being equal - goat or Studebaker?
danasgoodstuff
You should know by now, Studebaker is the G.O.A.T.! (Along with Hank Mobley, of course.) Edited February 10, 2021 by danasgoodstuff
JSngry
Did those hubcaps come with it, or were they after-market? Like that paint job too!

Halibrand wheels were an option, rarely ordered so these may have been retrofitted. I think the paint is factory, or close to it. My Lark is close to that color, but it's definitely been repainted and was a different shade of green to start with.
