It's not even listed on ESP's website. Does anyone know why that is? I assume it might have to do with Berger retaining some rights to the recording, but I'd be interested to know about why that is as well. Same story with his Milestone date, though Fantasy was much more lax with reissuing those titles so that is less of a surprise. clifford_thornton Posted November 11, 2021 Report Share Posted November 11, 2021 Berger doesn't want -- or didn't want -- the ESP reissued, and from what I understand he was able to get the masters/rights back. The mix is quite bad, actually, so I understand. It's a great record but it could use some help. I don't know if he feels the same way about the Milestone.
