Label Bleu Has anyone else ordered directly from these guys?

I ordered something from these guys just over a week ago. I have sent them two emails asking when the item will ship and have not gotten a reply. :angry:

Anybody else have a similar experience?

I have ordered from them at least once in the past and had no problems. In fact, I was surprise whent he Cd arrived from France in less than one week from the day I placed the order.

I ordered the Bunky Green CD from them.
Went very smoothly.
So - they know where New Mexico is too. :w :cool:

A question: I have sent these guys 3 emails about my order (has it shipped? when will it ship?) without a response. They charged my credit card the day after I made my order.

How long is it reasonable to wait for a package to arrive (from France) before taking it up with my credit card company?

Just a thought - have you checked you email's trash bin to see if their response (if they've actually sent one) might have accidentally been classified as spam & autodeleted? I know it's not "supposed" to happen like that, where a new sender is automatically classified as spam and automatically deleted, but I've had it happen once or twice for some inexplicable reason.

I have checked -- there's no such email (aside from the initial order confirmation) in my inbox, junk box or trash box.

Guy, I would not worry that much. I'm sure you will get what you paid for. Label Bleu is a small operation. I have not heard any bad stories about the label.
Surface mail from the US to France takes several weeks (three weeks is fast, eight weeks can be normal) and I suppose it works the same way from France to the USA.
Just be patient!

Only once and a while ago, I sent Euro notes and the cd turned up in two days. Unbelievable considering it was on overseas transaction.
