Just wondering what ya'll are thinkin' about the new year.. :w Will it be better? worse? the same?

I feel that 2004 will be more or less the same stuff we've been getting for the last few years. There are several stand out releases every year, but with the consolidation of the majors we are looking to right now, we need the independants to step up and put out the real quality music. 2004 was the same as every year since about 1991 or '92(like it or not the Seattle "grunge" thing was the last great movement in music that we've seen, and that all just got watered down anyways). Unless of course Jimmy Buffet releases a new album this year!
