Your team has made it to the Grand FInal once more GA. You sure picked a good team to support from such a distance.

Should be a cracker of a game again this year. Fremantle are playing in their first Grand Final ever. They joined the AFL about twenty years ago I think? Really looking forward to this years game. I will probably go for the Hawks.

Hope you can get to see it or listen again this year.

Mark your calendars! This year's Grand Final will be played Sept. 27.

Once again Olivia Newton-John will sing the national anthem. Halftime guests will include Tom Jones.

My Hawthorn Hawks will be playing the Sydney Swans.

Matt Priddis of the West Coast Eagles has been awarded the Brownlow Medal, which is the league's MVP award.

As you can see here, the game will begin at 2:30 pm Saturday Melbourne time, which is12:30 am New York time and 9:30pm Friday Los Angeles time.

It appears that there is no free stream of TV or radio of the game.

It's now halftime, and Hawthorn is leading 5.5, 11.9 (75) to Sydney's 2.3, 5.3 (33).

I can't see Sydney coming back.

I am following live commentary here:

An American named Jason Holmes will make his debut Saturday for St. Kilda.

If I read this right, the only other American to play in the AFL moved with his family to Australia when he was five years old.

I have found the radio broadcast link:

http://www.afl.com.au/match-centre/2015/27/haw-v-wce

In the upper center, you will see a small reddish brown area which says "listen live."

That will give you a pop up on the left with your choice of radio stations.  I usually listen to 3AW every year, but if you are rooting for the West Coast Eagles, you might want to choose another station.

The game will start in just a few minutes.

At the half, it's...

Hawthorn....9.3.57

West Coast....3.8.26

Hawthorn had stretched the lead to 57-18 before the Eagles scored a goal and two behinds to close out the second quarter.

It's past my bedtime, and I've got the Petit LeMans to listen to tomorrow, so I'll bid everyone goodnight!

Your Hawks didn't make it this year GA. They got rolled in the Preliminary Final. It's gonna be a great game. The first time The Western Bulldogs (Footscray) have made a Grand Final in 60 years. Many old faithful supporters will finally get to see their team play off in the big one. The whole of Australia who doesn't barack for The Swans will be cheering 'The Doggies' on. You will have to be an honorary Bulldogs supporter tomorrow mate :)

This year's game will be tomorrow night, 9:30 pm pacific.  That is to say 2:30 Saturday afternoon in Australia.

The teams will be the Adelaide Crows vs. the Richmond Tigers.

I think this is the list of streaming sites.

I think that this is the final standings, showing my Hawthorn Hawks 12th at  10 11 1 1.
