ghost of miles Posted August 31, 2008 Report Posted August 31, 2008 Just a heads-up for Chi-town listeners (and Internet as well)--WDCB picked up three individual programs and will be broadcasting them Monday evening from 7 to 10 p.m. CT: Cats Who Swing and Sing: Women Singer-Pianists of the 1940s and 50s 1959: Jazz's Vintage Year Porgy and Bess: the 1950s Jazz Revival Also, KUNV-Las Vegas will broadcast The Horace Silver Songbook Monday morning at 10 a.m. PT, on the eve of Silver's 80th birthday. The same program airs on regular Night Lights stations Blue Lake Public Radio tonight at 10 p.m. EST and KMHD-Portland, OR Monday evening at 8 p.m. PT. Happy Labor Day to all, David Quote
