I just discovered that the Bud Shank/Clare Fischer Pacific Jazz albums 'Bossa Nova Jazz Samba' and 'Brasamba' (long awaited on CD) are being reissued this month on Solar Records. I've never heard of that label but I'm a bit suspiscious, though it does not seem to originate from the Fresh Sound mold.
