There is some very good early Dunmall on the Spirit Level album 'Mice In The Wallet'
He is a discreet man but an excellent player, his work with Tippett is outstanding.

I would have to recommend the long-standing trios, Parker, Lytton, Guy, and Parker, Schlippenbach, Lovens; the second is particularly stunning.

Lovely guy, absolutely fantastic musician!
Absolutely. He organises a festival in Sardinia in September, if anyone is down that way.
He plucks/fingerpicks his guitar as well as bows it, and he has footpedals, wires, bells, all sorts of additions, but controls the beast brilliantly.

He has just published a new album 'F à Léo', in French & italian, covering the music of Leo Ferré, with Paolo Fresu.

Hello all,
anyone aware of this excellent Guitarist from Sardinia ? His new album playing the music of Frith and Bjork (called Tesutti) is wondeful, and he has also made a fanatstic duet album with Hamid Drake.
He also features with Evan Parker and Ned Rosenberg on a Psi Appelby album, which I haven't heard yet. Any other fans out there ?

Any of Davy Grahams early albums are well worth exploring. On a more recent note, Rachel Unthank and the Winterset are very good.
