I once wrote a frighteningly subtle account of a concert involving two solo pianists, McCoy Tyner & Michel Petrucciani, in which I compared the former's florid playing with the latter's slightly more circumspect approach. It was headlined, by a sub, so that it appeared under: SHOW-OFF SHOWN UP.
