I have had Direct TV since March 1995. Only problem I have had was during heavy rain downpour (loss of antenna lock). My setup is Direct TV with Tivo (Combination Unit w/ two tuners). I might recommend the following Tivo forum for info. http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/forum...y.php?forumid=7
