After having completed the first edition in Italian (I hope the next one will arrive in 2026), I am translating (with great difficulty) the book into English. Fortunately, the Internet offers many resources to help me with this task! For the moment, I have only drafted the first two years (1949 and 1950). More than ever, I ask for collaboration and help. About 1.800 records by American musicians (the book is 800 pages). No European musicians. I’m still adding new record reviews (every month I publish a new draft).

Hi all! I wrote (in Italian) a guide to jazz records released by American artists in the 50s and 60s. I "published" this amateur work for free by making it available on the site www.4969.it as a pdf document. Although it may seem like a huge job, it is actually just a draft: I am going to correct and integrate it during 2025.
