Guest Chaney Posted May 26, 2004 Report Posted May 26, 2004 I'm not much on video games. I have 3D Asteroid Impact and Quake III Arena on my computer and I'm not very good at either. I stumbled across the TRAILER for Doom 3 on a link from id Software and I must say, YIKES! Looks pretty darned impressive. Anyone have any experience with previous incarnations of this game? The game was impressive even in its unfinished, unrefined state, I can only imagine what improvements have been made to it now. This year at e3 id software showed some footage from the xbox version of the game and even that looked really good. Chances are the pc version is going to be amazing. I just hope it can hold a candle to the frantic action of the originals, of which I am a huge fan. You'll need a beefy computer to run the game in its full potential, though. $_$ Quote
