Guest DizzySpells Posted March 8, 2005 Report Posted March 8, 2005 I was wondering if anyone has a subscription to this (US) mag. Is it worthwhile getting? The subscription rate for Europe is pretty stiff. http://www.printmag.com/ Does anyone know of a European alternative (English, German) which concentrates on print design and isn't a hodgepodge of design topics (architecture, industrial design, etc.)? Man with the Golden Arm Posted March 8, 2005 Report Posted March 8, 2005 Not a bad magazine perse, but I don't get it anymore merely because these days they are so heavily laden with all the paper manufacturer's and photo stock ads and lack for really good stuff. Here in the states Print, How, Step By Step, Graphis etc... are always offering a 'free trial issue'. Seems by doing that that I get a few issues of each a year, gratis. Maybe look out for annuals or even try eBay for back issues. Sold my collection of old Print regional annuals last summer and was surprised at the popularity. Quote
