Cilla_Vee Movement Projects presents:

Between MA and A Soft Space

A Motion Sculpture movement Installation, directed by Claire Elizabeth Barratt with microtonal composer David Beardsley.

Featuring live gesture drawings by Lara Hanson and movement artists Jill Frere, Kristin Narcowich, Mark Lamb and Pedro Jimenez.

David will be performing sections of Infinity (2004), Around D (2002) and Clouds Veil the Future (2002) to accompany the movements.

I can only imagine the sound.

Funny, but I was gonna say that I can't imagine the sound. Which makes me very curious to hear it. You'll have to let us know, David, the next time you perform on the left coast.

Man, I really have to get some recording done. I used to have files up at MP3.com before the owners changed.

No matter how much I explain the music, I still need examples.

Right now there are no firm plans, maybe a few San Diego/LA sort of dates. My sister lives in the Bay area, I know a few other people in the area.

I should get a CD done first.
